 How Do I Schedule an Appointment? Simply call our office at (336) 375-2301 to schedule an appointment. One of our associates will be glad to assist you.  What Should I Bring to My First Appointment? Please bring a photo ID, insurance card, physician referral (if applicable), and any relevant medical records including medication list and surgical notes (as appropriate) if surgery was not performed by a Southeastern Orthopaedic Specialists provider.  What Should I Wear to My Appointment? Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes suitable for movement and accessibility to the area we will be treating. Also wear appropriate athletic footwear (sneakers/tennis shoes) if being treated for a lower extremity condition.  What Is Your Cancellation Policy? A 24 hour advance notice is required for cancellations without any charge. Any cancellation within the mandated 24 period will result in a $50 fee.
