 Will My Insurance Cover Physical Therapy? Coverage varies depending on several factors including contracts between our practice and insurance companies. We will contact your insurance provider before starting physical therapy to ensure coverage. If you desire to receive more detailed information about your coverage, please contact your insurance provider.  What Are Your Payment Options? Payment is due at time of service. Methods include cash, checks, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Care Credit.  Do You Offer Self-Pay or Cash Rates? Self-pay options are only available to uninsured patients per insurance laws. There is a 40% discount from normal rates for self-pay patients. We do not offer any specific cash rates.
